» FAQ

How much memory does the Flymap Software require?

Flymap uses its own, very compact data format. The Flymap Software and all other approach charts from the AIP (over 400 maps) require more approximately 90 MB on the memory card. That means that a 128 MB memory card is sufficient for information about Germany. A 256 MB memory card is sufficient for information about half of Europe.
Is it possible to test the System?

Our company resides directly at the airport Zweibrücken (EDRZ). So it is possible to arrange for a test flight. Simply send us an email. Also Flymap is present at various events (and exhibitions).
Is the terrain display included in Flymap?

The terrain data are included for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. More data for other countries or complete Europe are available. Please ask for extended terrain data.
